Client: Dublin City council
Contract Value: Circa 50K
Works have commenced at Donore Avenue, Youth and Community Centre for Dublin City Council. As this building suffered significant damage as a result of a fire in 2021, the main aim of these initial works is to make the building safe for access, to establish the full extent of the fire damage. Propping of floor areas as necessary will require temporary works design. We have commenced installing temporary barriers, temporary floor and roof coverings, disconnecting remaining services and removing debris and standing water. Another element will include opening up works to determine the extent of the fire damage.
